What Happens Next
Your message goes straight to the office in Indian River, not to a call centre. Someone on Spencer’s team reads it the same working day, Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, and will call or email you back to talk through what you are trying to solve, the rough size of the job, and when you would like it done.
For anything larger than a small repair, the next step is a site visit. We walk the property, look at drainage, soil, grade, and — on waterfront lots — the shoreline itself, then put together a written estimate based on what the property actually needs rather than a square-foot guess. There is no charge for that visit and no obligation attached to the estimate.
If your project is urgent — storm damage, a failing seawall, a washout after heavy rain, or snow that has to move today — call (231) 330-7873 instead of waiting on a reply. We keep crews available for emergency response across Cheboygan, Emmet, and Charlevoix Counties.
